We're looking for a small number of teams building real health software: apps that collect one kind of data well, caregiver tools, research pipelines, AI assistants. You bring a use case. We help you model it, and the vocabulary grows where you need it.

From us
- Time with Jed and Jay, directly, while you integrate.
- An early say on the vocabulary: proposed changes before they ship, and your own proposals.
- Help with the first integration: mapping your data, validating it, reading it back.
- A listing in "Cascade in use" once you ship, with your stage stated plainly.
From you
- A real use case you intend to ship, even if it's early.
- Feedback in the open where you can, so others benefit.
- Patience with alpha. Vocabularies still change; each changelog says how.

Tell us what you're building.
